A unique opportunity has now arisen for a web developer role to support our project managers with the analysis, development and technical delivery of web-based projects, in particular complex web applications.
This is the ideal role for an exceptional developer with a strong skill set, looking to further their career with a growing digital media company.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Solid web development experience, gained within a commercial agency environment
- Experience of the following: PHP, mySQL, XML, JSON, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript/JQuery/Ajax
- Fast and flawless CSS & front end development skills
- E commerce experience
- Highly proficient working knowledge of industry standards
Key responsibilities include:
- Development/coding of PHP web applications, websites & intranets
- Maintaining existing PHP web applications, websites & intranets
- Production of technical documentation
The ideal candidate:
As a PHP Web Developer you will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, top level communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Applicants should be self motivated team players and take personal responsibility for their own workload. The role requires a candidate who is outgoing, well presented and comfortable dealing with clients at a senior management level.
